We are continuing to scope this work by talking to experts in the field.  We do not intend to define ‘optimal therapy’ and indeed it may be argued that until we have 100% cure we have not achieved optimal therapy. Progress to date has included a review of the available literature on relative survival rates and the initiation of contacts with those working in the field.
